We do not work with temporary employment agencies or I-AGs. If you are registered in Germany, you will be employed directly by C&G Logistics GmbH. Of course, you will be hired subject to social security contributions and paid by the hour.

We mainly drive works traffic according to fixed timetables. We can therefore give you a firm promise of when you will be home again. As a rule, all of our employees sleep at home, but an overnight stay on the road can also occur 2-3 times a week.

Half of our current dispatchers started with us as drivers. If your work is exemplary, you can step up from the driver’s seat to become a station driver as well as join the dispatching team.
